This service is scheduled every 3 or 4 months, depending on the premises' facilities. Note: Variations may occur based on the customer's physical infrastructure conditions.
Active Components Loan
In case of damage of an active equipment, we replace the unit within the Tier 2 SLA as a loan while we receive the submitted RMA. The new replacement is delivered to the premises. This applies for equipment within the IDFs such as; switches, Access Points, PDU, UPS.
