Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Tier 1 Support (On-site): A service request should be submitted with 15 days' notice along with the proper documentation of the project to be interfered with if the design was not provided by Cogency’s team. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. For those tickets received after 1:00 p.m. ET, the agreement resolution time will be the next business day.
  • Emergency Calls: For critical issues requiring immediate attention, our team will respond within 2 days including weekends and holidays.
  • This applies to those projects started by a third-party vendor and our service is required.​
